Warning! Danger of hearing loss
Here is my public service announcement. Hearing loss from listening to loud music may not surface for ten years. So if you are listening to your iPod loudly and thinking, "my hearing is still fine, so my sound level must be ok," you should stop. Research has found that earbuds or external headphones have the same effect and that you can listen as long as you want to music that is only 50% volume of what is considered loud.
You have been warned.
